My first overview of the year (Little farm in the ozarks

Well as you can see I am done with a book and it's time for another book review and what my thoughts were about it.  I must say this was a quick read.  It just felt like I was eager to turn the page after I was done just to complete the chapter just to see what would happen next.  So here it goes you might not be surprised by what I chose but then again you might because this wasn't the genera of book I was reading if you had been keeping up with me on face book.
                                                           Book review
Meet Rose Wilder. The daughter of Laura Ingall's Wilder. :)
Going fishing for the first time, starting in a new school, saving the farmhouse from a fire, those are the elements of her first year at Rocky Ridge Farm.  She has moved there with her parents Laura and Almanzo to begin a new life in the Missouri Ozarks.  Rose feels out of place as the new girl in class but gradually gains confidence, as Rocky Ridge becomes her home.
Thoughts I really enjoyed this book.  I know, I know a book for immediate readers but I just couldn't help myself.  I have always LOVED the Little House books that Laura wrote herself and even though Rose didn't necessarily write these herself like her mother, a good friend of hers did and I am enjoying them just as much.  This is the second to the series.  I read the first in 5th grade and started this one and the thing with me I COULD STILL remember what part I left part I left off on.  It was a library book.  So yes I will continue to read the rest of the series.
Well hate to cut this short but have to go get packed.  Going to dad's today.  Till next time bye.
