A book switch; a lesson in the kitchen
Have any of you avid readers out there been in the middle of a book and then all of a sudden you just feel like you need a change in the genera you are reading?  Well that's what happened a couple days ago as I was reading my book.  As you guys know I was reading Catching Fire (The Second book in the Hunger Games Series) but the last couple days I was craving to read this a book from another genera?  I was craving to go back into time into the 1800's and read a historical fiction novel that Maria had made me get when we were in Louisville and I must say I can't put it down!  I will differentially put a review about it when I am done.
Yes, I will continue to read Catching Fire and the other last of the Hunger Games trilogy when I am in the mood for a sci fi/ fantasy switch.  Well anyway last night mom gave me a lesson in the kitchen.  She taught me how to cut the hard parts of the asparagus which I greatly enjoyed.  I must say I like to do the strangest kitchen jobs that people normally just dread.  I will give you a list.
                                     1. peel hard boiled eggs. (Not for doubled eggs.  When I peal them they don't real pretty LOL.
                                    2. cut up fruits and vegetables
                                     3. clean green beans
                                     4. peal the corn on the cob (Even though I am slow)
                                     5. cutting asparagus (new)
So if you are absolutely dreading doing any of those jobs I could always do those for you LOL.  :D  Well anyway better I am going to go read.  At this rate I will have a book review in no time.
